Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "T&C") govern the contractual relationship between:

  • The Provider:

    • (registered in the Trade Register, the Provider is not a VAT payer)

    • (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider")

and

  • The Participant: A natural or legal person registering for a workshop, seminar, or any other service offered by the Provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

1.2. These T&C form an integral part of every service agreement (workshop registration) concluded between the Provider and the Participant.

2. REGISTRATION AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1. The presentation of workshops on the website www.schroderpatrik.cz is of an informative nature. 2.2. The contract is concluded upon filling out and submitting the registration form on the Provider's website, followed by the confirmation of this registration sent by the Provider to the Participant's email address. 2.3. By submitting the registration, the Participant confirms that they have read these T&C and express their unconditional agreement with them.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. The price of the workshop is stated on the website and is final (the Provider is not a VAT payer). 3.2. Upon successful registration, the Participant will receive payment instructions via email. 3.3. The Participant is obliged to pay the workshop fee by bank transfer to the Provider's account (or via QR code) within 48 hours of receiving payment instructions, but no later than before the start of the workshop itself. 3.4. In the event of non-compliance with the payment deadline, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the spot to another interested party.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY AND PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION

Since the workshop capacity is strictly limited to ensure an individual approach, the following cancellation policy applies to cancellations made by the Participant:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: The Provider will refund 100% of the paid amount to the Participant's bank account.

  • Cancellation 3 to 7 days before the event: The Provider will refund 50% of the paid amount (the cancellation fee is 50% of the price).

  • Cancellation less than 3 days (72 hours) before the event or non-attendance: The paid amount is non-refundable (the cancellation fee is 100%).

  • Option of a substitute: The Participant has the right to send a substitute to the workshop in their place. However, the Participant is obliged to notify the Provider of this fact (including the name, email, and phone number of the substitute) in writing (via email) no later than before the event starts.

5. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT BY THE PROVIDER

5.1. The Provider reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the event of unexpected circumstances (e.g., sudden illness of the instructor, force majeure, serious technical problems at the venue) or if the minimum capacity of the event is not met. 5.2. The Participant will be informed immediately of any cancellation via email or phone. 5.3. In the event of event cancellation by the Provider, the Participant will be offered an alternative date, or 100% of the paid amount will be refunded to their bank account within 5 business days at the latest.

6. LIABILITY AND HEALTH CONDITION OF THE PARTICIPANT

6.1. Participation in the workshop is entirely voluntary and at the Participant's own risk. 6.2. The Participant declares that they are in good physical and mental health enabling them to safely participate in the practical part of the workshop. 6.3. The Participant is obliged to inform the Provider before the start of the workshop (or during its course) about any health limitations, injuries, pain, or other conditions (e.g., herniated discs, cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, etc.). 6.4. The Provider bears no liability for any injuries, health damage, or property damage caused by the Participant’s own carelessness, failure to follow the instructor’s instructions, or concealment of health issues.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

7.1. Protection of the Participant's personal data is ensured in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the applicable personal data protection laws. 7.2. Detailed information on how the Provider processes personal data can be found in a separate Privacy Policy document available on the Provider's website.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. These T&C come into force and effect on 17.7.2026. 8.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The T&C in effect on the date of sending the registration form are binding for the Participant. 8.3. Any disputes arising from the contract will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
